Lolita Carrico - Do not rent to this lady!!!!

Lolita Carrico came and rented my home in Studio City, She game me some heart break story about her current landlord foreclosing on the house she lived in now, so I let me move in a few days early, not knowing that the check she wrote bounced, and her previous landlord was evicting her for not paying her rent! 40 days later by the grace of god I got her evicted, and mind you in this time she would tell me everyday she would have my rent money, everyday! Watch out for this scam artist, she's been living rent free for years!
