I would like to caution anyone who comes into contact with this individual not to be taken in by him. Unfortunately he moves around Europe with his apartment scams. These are some of his recent activities:
His activities in Sweden, for which he was sentenced to 2 and a half years in prison in 2009 were unbelievable, but one of the things he did seems to be his trademark - renting an apartment which he did not own to several unsuspecting victims. He used the name Gabriel Lundgren. Also, he had some 'false' African passports with other aliases. You can find the details of his crime spree on the website of corren.se (use Google translate and do a 'find' on Gabriel Lundgren).
He has also committed apartment fraud against the Cambridge council in the UK.
Last year, using the name Leopold-Maximilian Donchield in Brussels, he rented some apartments short term and used them to steal rental deposits from several people. He even cheated the actual owners out of some rent he owed to them. He was briefly arrested, then fled the country. This April he has been sentenced (in absentia, unfortunately) for his crimes in Brussel. The case was tried at Justitiepalais, Poelaertplein, 1000 Brussel; the case reference is BR.43.1.7.2351-12.
This hardened and hard-hearted criminal will not stop unless he is found and made to pay for his crimes. He maintains an Internet presence where he represents himself as a 'financial consultant', a Cambridge graduate, the owner of a new Sierra Leonean airline Leone-Air - anything he can try to do to make money illegally. He seems to be a sociopath; he does post pictures online boasting of his princely status.

It is a shame that you chose not to reslove your rental issue with Mr Victor Kamara, despite the fact that my solicitor contact who been representing Mr Kamara has offered you a solution. The fact that you wrongly accusing individuals as Prince Leopold Donchield Zu Leone to have been involved is really sad on your part. It appears that you do not wish to solve your rental problem with the real person involved Mr Viktor Kamara.

We have already been asked by a representative of Prince Leopold Donchield Zu Leone to file a police complaint against you for the false and wrong accusations you been making.

All the different names Mr Victor Kamara has been using in his activities and that you lost a rental deposit is of course unfortunate, however it still doesnt give you the right to wrongly accuse innocent individuals, in fact what you have been doing is a criminal offence in itself called libel and defamation.

We tried a few weeks ago when we become aware of your complaints and your wrong and false accusations against Prince Leopold Donchield Zu Leone II to contact you via email to enable you to resolve you rental transaction with Mr Victor Kamara, but you did not seem interested to solve your problem as you had blocked me to contact you via email.

I am sure you will have an explanation of your wrong and false accusations against Prince Leopold Donchield Zu Leone II to the police in Belgium and your unwillingness to resolve your rental deposit with the correct person Mr Victor Kamara

On Apr, 4 2013 I received e-mail from Alla Badina with job offer (badina.alla@rambler.ru ). She found my resume in CareerBuilder database. First I was responsible for revising of business correspondence and correcting spelling and grammar mistakes in text files. They promised to pay $5.00 for 1 Kb (1 Kb=1024 symbols). On Apr, 16 2013 I received a new offer with the fixed salary $ 1100 per month plus 5% fee from each completed assignment. My position of a representative in details, like they explain it:
The work takes less than 1 hour per day (2-3 days a week).
The process is the following:
We sell an item at auction and receive the payment from the buyer to your PayPal account.
Then we confirm the delivery of the item by tracking information and add the tracking to the Payment for confirmation.
Once the money is available, you will be able to withdraw the money from your PayPal and wire it to us.
We will give you the instructions with calculation how to wire the money to us and how much to wire. In the instructions you will see in details:
your 5% commissions. PayPal fees.
transfer fees, and everything else necessary. We pay all expenses ourselves, so you don't have to cover any of our expenses at all.
I agreed and completed two transactions in amounts of $6,100.00 and $6,450.00. On May 27 ($6,100.00) and May 29 ($6,450.00) my PayPal account was charged and now I have negative balance. I received phone call from Dimitriy Malikov (661-748-0240, 253-656-4777) and he promised that they going to fix it, but nothing happened. I tried to contact him, but he doesn’t answering the phone. I understand now that my money was stolen.
